Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Can I return pieces I bought in sale?

All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned. However, pieces bought on sale can be exchanged for different sizes/items or for store credit. 

How do I return or exchange?

Please read the following steps first and then press the link:

  • Make sure you read the terms of conditions that are stated below.
  • Please make sure to add a note with your name and order number in the return, so we can process the return faster.
  • If you want to speed up this process; add in the "comment" section in the return portal whether you would like to receive a refund, store credit, or to receive a different item/size.
  • If you want to exchange an item, make the return via the link below and add in the comment section that you want to exchange your item. When we receive the return we will get in contact with you via e-mail or send you the new item.

What are the conditions for returns/exchanges? 

You will have to pay for shipping to return your item but we will cover shipping for sending the new (correct size) to you. We will only cover shipping for the first time an item is exchanged. If after that another new size is needed, you must pay for shipping both ways. 

We simply ask that the following requirements are met:

  • We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer.
  • items must be in their original packaging with the right barcode, with all the labels intact.
  • items are clean (no hair, pet hair, or deodorant marks, etc.).
  • items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • items returned to us in a manner that is exactly as were delivered (folded, unwrinkled, etc).

We reserve the right to refuse returns or partially refund returns that do not meet these requirements.

Until the order has arrived, it is at your risk and we cannot and will not refund pieces that are not in our possession.

Refunds will be given for the price of the item, excluding the cost of delivery.

If you would like a credit note instead of a refund please let us know when you request the return.

    The item I received is damaged!

    Of course we do our best to avoid this but if it were to happen that the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.


    What are the refund options?

    The following refund options are supported:

    • Refund to the original payment method

    or

    • VOX Activewear credit note or gift card (same amount as originally purchased)

    How do I ship back the items?

    Please follow the instructions that are stated on the top of this page.

    How much does it cost to return an item?

    The shipping costs are paid by you, we do not pay or refund these. Please note, we recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us. 

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
